Our team will process your refund within 5 business days. 2. Coaching Sessions Refund Eligibility: Coaching sessions are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. After this period, refunds will not be granted unless due to exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency. Request Process: To cancel a session and request a refund, contact our support team at least 48 hours before your appointment. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. 3. Tournament Entry Fees Refund Eligibility: Tournament entry fees are refundable if the event is canceled or rescheduled. If you decide to withdraw from a tournament, entry fees will be refunded only if the withdrawal is made before the official tournament start date. Request Process: If a tournament is canceled or rescheduled, refunds will be automatically issued. Event Fees (Workshops, Special Events) Refund Eligibility: Fees for workshops, special events, or one-time classes are refundable up to 5 days before the event.
